Hi guys! How’s your week going? We’ve been having some seriously California winter-weather here – lots of rain and temps actually below 50 (gasp!!) so we haven’t been up to too much besides LOTS of couch time. Which sometimes is just the best, right?! Here are this week’s Foodie Favorites!

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up, and this slow cooker corned beef and cabbage looks like the perfect accompaniment to fudgy chocolate stout brownies!

These peanut butter and jelly fudge brownies look unbelievable. I just want to peanut-butter-and-jelly-fy everything.

Happy (early) St. Patrick’s Day!! What better way to celebrate the Irish than with the richest, fudgiest brownies of all time? With booze, of course. Who do you think I am?

I absolutely love St. Patrick’s Day – it’s one of my very favorite holidays to make a festive treat for my blog. I love drinking stout beer and whisky, wearing green, and being super pale all year around, so an entire day dedicated to such things is highly exciting to me.

Copycat Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew KIND Bars

Important life lesson: You can never have enough healthy hand-held snacks. Or, ya know, chocolate. You definitely can never have enough chocolate.

After absolutely loving the results of these homemade granola bars and these Copycat Clif bars, I turned my sights to another one of my favorite snacks – KIND bars! Dark chocolate cherry cashew KIND bars, to be exact. Can you tell I’m a crazy bar fiend? I love these bars in particular because they’re hand-held and convenient, but also made with real, healthy ingredients. Plus, did I mention chocolate? But whenever I love something so much, my food-blogger brain starts pondering if I could maybe, maybe make it at home. And maybe even make it more delicious, cheaper, and real-food-filled?
