What kind of birthday cake do you get when you’re dating a food blogger who loves to bake? A whisky cake, because no cake I could ever make could even begin to rival this guy’s love of some good scotch. Happy Birthday, Brad!!
Hey guys! How’s your week going? Are you so excited for the holidays? I know I am! This weekend I baked up tons of granola for gift-giving (and self-eating…). We are flying home on Sunday for over a week in LA with my family, and I’m absolutely counting down the days! In the meantime…let’s look at tons of pictures of food to tide us over. Here are this week’s Foodie Favorites!
These filet mignon crostini are the classiest holiday party appetizers I ever did see. And such gorgeous colors and so many textures! Love it.
These mini Sriracha chicken pot pies are so cute and irresistible! I’m Sriracha-fying everything right now, so I’m especially into this.
I shared some latkes for your Hanukkah celebration earlier this week, but if you’re looking for an awesome dessert, I’m drooling over this cinnamon dark chocolate rugelach and these gingerbread coconut macaroons. DAMN Hanukkah, lookin’ good.
I’m majorly lusting over this matcha white hot chocolate. I love the idea of a white hot chocolate (since I’m a total white chocolate devotee) and the color is just so fun!
This Taiwanese meat sauce just shot to the top of my to-make list. Like now. This looks soooo comforting and fantastic.
That’s it for this week’s Foodie Favorites! I’d love to hear what you’re cookin’ up (or just dreamin’ about) this week, too. Have a wonderful week – XO!
Ha, classy! Little do you know I’ll be serving these up right next to a big ole’ platter of pigs in a blanket (I’m obsessed with those this time of year!). Thanks so much for sharing!
UMMM pigs in a blanket are my favorite!! No judgement here 😀
And of course, it looks fantastic!
