Helloooo everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Hallo-weekend filled with a lot of candy and a little bit of boozy debauchery. We had a wonderful night with friends and re-purposed our Oktoberfest outfits for a stress-free Halloween costume. Less time costume planning, more time eating piles of fun-sized candies, that’s what I always say. Here are this week’s Foodie Favorites!
Speaking of Halloween – this is all I want to do with the leftover candy. Because the only way to make sugar better is by adding it to more sugar, duh.
I have been mildly obsessed with finding recipes for all the squash that has found a way into our home. Last week I made this recipe and it was amazing, and this weekend I’m going to try this squash curry. Squash heaven up in here!
…I hope that wasn’t enough squash for you because I have another one. How AMAZING does this parmesan crusted butternut squash galette look?! I love savory tarts and galettes in any form, but then throw some cheese into the crust and it’s game on, people.
