Are you finding yourself in the midst of a too-much-leftover-ham problem this Easter Sunday afternoon?

 Well, to be clear. Extra ham is not so much a problem, PERSAY, as an opportunity. An opportunity to make as many delicious hammy things as possible in the name of efficiency and non-wastefulness. These few post-Easter days aren’t QUITE as exciting as the post-Thanskgiving turkey-leftovers days, but they are pretty darn close if you ask me.

Hey everyone! Hope you’re having a better Wednesday than I am. I’m writing this on a wireless keyboard we miraculously dug up because the “p” key on my keyboard has suddenly stopped working! I figured a post without “p”s would be pretty difficult, so I’m glad I was able to make this work. (I mean, I couldn’t even type in “Pinterest”.) Fingers crossed for me at the Apple Store this weekend! Gah. In much happier and less hair-pulling-out-inducing news, here are this week’s Foodie Favorites!

sweet and spicy refrigerator pickles // my bacon-wrapped lifeI think it has something to do with this crazy thing called September starting to show up on my calendar (I mean, what?!), but lately I have been extra obsessed with quintessential summer-y things. I’ve been devouring peaches and tomatoes like I’ll never see another one again and just want to eat s’mores all day every day.  My brain is all summer lovin’ all the time, ya know?
