Well, to be clear. Extra ham is not so much a problem, PERSAY, as an opportunity. An opportunity to make as many delicious hammy things as possible in the name of efficiency and non-wastefulness. These few post-Easter days aren’t QUITE as exciting as the post-Thanskgiving turkey-leftovers days, but they are pretty darn close if you ask me.

Hey everyone! Hope you’re having a better Wednesday than I am. I’m writing this on a wireless keyboard we miraculously dug up because the “p” key on my keyboard has suddenly stopped working! I figured a post without “p”s would be pretty difficult, so I’m glad I was able to make this work. (I mean, I couldn’t even type in “Pinterest”.) Hey guys! How has your week been going? I seriously cannot believe how fast August is flying by…that’s what happens when you have visitors 3 weekends in a row! Not that I’m complaining about lots of food and sightseeing and fam time, of course. Now on to this week’s Foodie Favorites!
